- Holiday and Christmas String lights (Bring to the Household Hazardous Waste facility for Recycling)
- Ribbon (Reuse for crafts or other gifts)
- Yarn (Reuse or throw away)
- Garland (Reuse or throw away)
- Tinsel (Reuse or throw away)
- Scarves/Any Fabric (Donate for re-use, check drop off recycling programs, or throw away)
- Electronics Cords (Bring to the Household Hazardous Waste facility for Recycling)
- Power Cords (Bring to the Household Hazardous Waste facility for Recycling)
- Garden Hoses (Donate for re-use or throw away)
- Metal Wire (Bring to a scrap dealer who specializes in metal, like TJN)
- Rope (Reuse or throw away)
- Shoe Laces (Donate for re-use, check drop off recycling programs, or throw away)
- VHS Tapes (Bring to the Household Hazardous Waste facility for Recycling)
- Clothing (Donate for re-use, check drop off recycling programs, or throw away)
- Bed Sheets or Blankets (Donate for re-use, check drop off recycling programs, or throw away)
